Nexcy De La Rosa

Nexcy De La Rosa serves as the founding and lead attorney at De La Rosa Family Law, a boutique practice in Miami Lakes, Florida. Driven by a deep‐seated passion for helping others navigate life’s most difficult transitions, she structured her firm to be proficient in divorce, child custody, support and mediation – always with the goal of restoring dignity and peace of mind.

Renowned for her unwavering integrity and empathetic approach, she zealously advocates for individuals confronting the personal and emotional complexities of family law. A 2003 Bachelor of Science graduate from Florida State University, she earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2008. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2009, swiftly earning a reputation for both tenacity and compassion. 

Fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. De La Rosa extends her services to a broad and diverse clientele. Beyond her practice, she holds the presidency of the Dominican American Bar Association and serves on the board of Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. As a recognized leader in family law, she contributed to the work group that crafted the Family Law Rules now upheld by attorneys and judges throughout the state. Ms. De La Rosa balances her robust professional commitments with vigorous community involvement.
