Attorney Aaron Karger is the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices Of Aaron A Karger, P.A. With offices located in the heart of downtown Miami and North Miami Beach, Aaron represents those who have been seriously physically or psychologically injured due to negligent security, premises liability (slip and falls), wrongful death, auto accidents, or from intentional torts such as sexual assault and battery. 

Early in his career, Aaron worked for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where he served as an Assistant State Attorney.  As a prosecutor, Aaron argued dozens of motions including motion practice and oral argument at the appellate level, as well as tried multiple bench and jury trials to verdict.  Thereafter, Aaron began his career in private practice working for a boutique law firm where he litigated personal injury and commercial and real estate litigation matters. 

Since entering private practice, Aaron has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of clients who are victims of sexual abuse in helping them to seek the justice they deserve. In 2020, Aaron along with attorney Pedro Echarte from The Haggard Law Firm obtained an $8.7 Million Settlement on behalf of 5 victims of sexual abuse. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Aaron obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011, where he won the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Entities (Partnerships and Corporations). The Florida Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

  • AB lived with her partner in a trailer park. The landlord was grossly negligent in the way it maintained and made repairs to AB's trailer. The landlord allowed a defect in the flooring to go unrepaired, which resulted in its severe deterioration. AB notified her landlord on several occasions of this but they ignored her. AB and her partner would have otherwise moved out of the trailer, but for not having the financial resources to enter into a new lease for alternative housing. Ultimately, AB fell through the floor of her trailer home, fracturing her wrist which later manifested into a dangerous disease. AB had to undergo invasive and serious wrist surgery. AAK Law filed a lawsuit against AB’s landlord, and recovered for AB through a settlement more than three times her medical bills against the landlord., 2017

After having an imaging scan of his throat done, it was discovered that RP had ingested a metal wire which had been embedded in his food. A Gastroenterologist‎ was called and had to perform an endoscopy to remove the wire from RP’s esophagus. RP contacted Aaron to see if he could help him. Aaron settled RG’s claim without having to file a lawsuit against the negligent party, and recovered for RP more than ten times his medical bills against the Association., 2016
  • CG, a 32 year old young woman lived with her daughter in subsidized housing.  The landlord was grossly negligent in the way it maintained and made repairs to the property.  The landlord allowed a defect in the a/c wall unit space to go unrepaired, which resulted in rainwater funneling through the window and accumulating on the bedroom floor of CG’s apartment.  CG notified her landlord on several occasions of this.  They ignored her.  CG and her daughter would have otherwise moved out of the apartment, but for not having the financial resources to enter into a new lease for a different apartment.   Ultimately, CG slipped and fell on the standing water, severely injuring her lower back which required invasive back surgery. CG contacted Aaron to see if he could help her.  Aaron settled CG’s claim without having to file a lawsuit against her landlord, and recovered for CG more than three times her medical bills against the landlord., 2015
