Adam S. Hall

A highly regarded civil trial attorney, Adam S. Hall is a partner at The Hall Law Firm, P.A. He practices out of the firm’s offices in Miami, Florida, and he provides representation to people and businesses throughout Miami-Dade County and other parts of the state. Mr. Hall has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 1997, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Hall attended the University of Florida, where he majored in political science and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1993. He remained in Gainesville to pursue his legal education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While he was there, he served an internship with the Florida Supreme Court before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1996.

Since the time that he entered private practice, Mr. Hall has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex matters. The types of cases that he has handled have included allegations of breaches of fiduciary duties, professional negligence on the part of attorneys and accountants, broker-dealer disputes, will contests and other types of probate litigation, and construction defect and contract disputes. Mr. Hall has earned a well-deserved reputation among his fellow members of the bar as being a tenacious advocate on behalf of his clients, and one such indication is his being named as one of “America’s Top 100 Bet-The-Company Litigators." He has also been included on South Florida Legal Guide’s annual “Top Lawyers” list.
