Albert E. Acuña

Miami, Florida, attorney Albert E. Acuña concentrates his practice on business and real estate law, including commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and condominium and homeowners' association matters. With his firm, Albert E. Acuña, P.A., he represents clients throughout the Greater Miami area.

Mr. Acuña holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and earned his law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience working as an assistant state's attorney for Miami-Dade County. He also worked for several years as a senior associate at another law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, before founding Albert E. Acuña, P.A.

In his current role, Mr. Acuña handles a variety of legal matters related to condominium and homeowners associations, including collections. In addition, he is familiar with bankruptcy and foreclosure actions, liens, evictions, homeowner disputes and more. He also has experience with breach of contract matters and administrative compliance issues, such as those involving the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Mr. Acuña is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. The attorney peer-review service Martindale-Hubbell gave him its highest rating, AV Preeminent.*

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Acuña belongs to various professional organizations and associations.
