Mr. Joseph completed his undergraduate studies in 1988, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Florida. He went on to attend The George Washington University School of Law, where he sharpened his legal acumen and talents that laid the foundation for his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1991, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Florida. 

Later on, Mr. Joseph gained admission to practice law in Florida, Washington, D.C., and Colorado, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
