Antonio Pena, Jr.

Mr. Antonio Pena worked at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office for nearly five years after graduating from Saint Thomas University School of Law. During his time at the State Attorney's office, he conducted more than twenty trials across the misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony levels, including violent life felonies such as armed robberies, attempted homicides, and homicide cases. He spent the last year at the State Attorney's Office as a member of the racketeering, organized crime, and narcotics section. During that time, he focused primarily on investigating and prosecuting narcotics trafficking cases with both state and federal law enforcement agencies, and organized unlicensed medical caregiving in Miami-Dade County.

After leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Pena worked briefly in the area of third party property defense with the law firm of Cole Scott & Kissane. Primarily, representing insurance companies in litigation against insureds.

Shortly After, in 2023 Mr. Pena opened his office to provide criminal defense and litigation services.
