A renowned employment law attorney in Florida, Bayardo E. Alemán is the founding attorney of the firm Aleman Law located in Dave. He primarily represents organizations and companies throughout South Florida in a wide range of employment law matters. He provides advice on various employment issues and litigates matters including noncompetition and nonsolicitation, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, and wage and hour disputes. He also provides counseling to clients on labor and employment and human resources compliance.
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Alemán followed his passion for law and attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He graduated magna cum laude in 2006, earning his Juris Doctor and receiving his bar license to practice law in the state of Florida. For the past one and a half decades, he has litigated cases for his clients before several courts in the state, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
In addition to managing his law firm, Mr. Alemán is committed to pro bono work and contributes a portion of his time to the immigrant minors project, serving as guardian ad litem and regularly volunteering at legal clinics. Managing his own firm provides him with the flexibility to represent individuals in high-stakes employment matters.
