Raised in Miami, Mr. Schwartz completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami and helped establish the University’s Pre-Law Society. He then earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where he excelled in trial advocacy and national mock trial competitions. He was licensed to practice law in Florida in 1998 and Maryland in 2012.

Shortly after graduating, Mr. Schwartz began his career as an assistant state attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where he refined his litigation abilities and managed a vast array of criminal cases. His role as a prosecutor saw him dealing with cases ranging from DUI to severe felonies, allowing him to build a solid foundation in criminal law and trial proceedings. Over his career, he has brought hundreds of cases to verdict.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Schwartz served on a grievance committee for The Florida Bar for three years. Additionally, his commitment to legal ethics and efficacy in trial advocacy has earned him accolades and recognition from prominent ranking systems and publications. In 2022, he was listed among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, a testament to his dedication and prowess in the legal field.
