He is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in Florida as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Mase is a member of the American Bar Association and its committee on Admiralty and Maritime Litigation. He is also active with the Dade County Bar Association and its civil litigation committee as well as The Florida Bar, where he has served on a number of committees. He has also served as vice chair of the Cruise Line Committee for the Maritime Law Association of the United States, and he is a member of other local, state and national legal organizations, including the Spellman-Hoeveler American Inn of Court.

  • A 19 year old Florida Atlantic University college student attended College Night at Blue Martini in Boca Raton, Florida, with several of his friends. Blue Martini failed to properly check his identification and verify his age, and served him alcohol. After leaving the bar and while walking back to his dorm intoxicated he was hit by a car while attempting to cross a busy street in the wee hours of the morning, suffering a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
