Dalyla Santos

Dalyla Santos was born in Pinar del Río, Cuba, and raised there until the age of fourteen, when she immigrated to the United States with her parents. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Marketing from the University of Central Florida, followed by her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in December 2008. During law school, Ms. Santos was active in the Hispanic American Law Student Association, volunteered with Orange County Teen Court, and completed internships in personal injury, insurance defense, and immigration law.

In April 2009, she was admitted to The Florida Bar and began practicing in Orlando, Florida, where she represented individuals in immigration, bankruptcy, and consumer law matters, quickly rising to a management position supervising attorneys and staff. In 2014, she relocated to Miami to become a partner at a firm focused on bankruptcy, consumer protection, and immigration.

Motivated by her passion to serve the immigrant community and provide accessible, affordable, and personalized representation, Ms. Santos founded The Santos Law Offices, PA. Today, her practice is centered on immigration and bankruptcy law, helping families and individuals overcome financial hardship and navigate complex immigration systems.

Her work is guided by values of compassion, integrity, and empowerment. Ms. Santos and her team are committed not only to providing strong legal advocacy but also to creating an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She finds fulfillment in transforming silence into strength—helping immigrant families and individuals reclaim their dignity, overcome obstacles, and build a more secure future.
