David S. Willig serves as the international, multilingual attorney, notary and mediator heading David S. Willig, Chartered, in Miami, Florida. An academic scholar, Mr. Willig earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988. His subsequent admissions include The Florida Bar (1988), the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1989), District of Columbia Bar (1990), the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th (1999) 11th Circuits (1995), the Paris Bar Association (1997) and the United States District Courts for the Middle (2005) and Northern Districts of Florida (2012).
