Edward R. Blumberg

Attorney Edward R. Blumberg is a partner at Deutsch Blumberg & Caballero, P.A., in Miami, Florida. A seasoned trial lawyer with more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Blumberg devotes his law practice to personal injury, including medical and dental malpractice, product liability, insurance coverage disputes and other issues, representing the injured and their families throughout Florida.

Mr. Blumberg holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a law degree from William & Mary Law School. He has also been certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is licensed to appear before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Blumberg has been deeply involved with many professional organizations and committees. He is a past president of The Florida Bar and also served on its Board of Governors. He has also served on the House of Delegates for the American Bar Association and as a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He continues to sit on the board of directors for community organizations and frequently gives presentations for continuing legal education seminars.
