Erik Alvarez

Erik Alvarez is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Erik Alexander Alvarez, P.A., based in Miami, Florida. He is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters arising from negligence and misconduct.

Mr. Alvarez represents clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, including car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, as well as construction accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, defective products, dram shop liability, traumatic brain injuries, and serious neck and back injuries. His work frequently involves complex liability issues and high-stakes claims against insurance companies and corporate defendants.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Alvarez has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injured clients and their families. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, distinctions limited to attorneys who have achieved significant case results.

Mr. Alvarez is admitted to practice law in Florida and is actively involved in the legal community. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern Illinois University School of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2011.
