He has also handled a variety of corporate reorganization matters, Ponzi scheme cases, large-scale development projects and other issues for clients in a variety of industries.

Along with maintaining a successful litigation practice, Mr. Aaronson also has extensive experience handling arbitrations, mediations and appeals on behalf of his clients, and he regularly counsels those he serves in regulatory compliance and other areas to help them mitigate their risk exposure and avoid any potential legal problems in the future.

A 1973 graduate of the State University of New York, Albany, Mr. Aaronson obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 1978, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle and Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He has also handled matters in Pennsylvania U.S. District Courts as well as in various other jurisdictions throughout the country.

Outside his legal practice, Mr. Aaronson has served as chair of the Lehrman Community Day School, and he is a member of the board of directors of the Temple Emanu-El of Greater Miami.
