George Sciarrino is an intellectual property attorney and founder of SCIO LAW, with more than 12 years of experience protecting, enforcing, and commercializing brands, creative works, and other intellectual property assets. His practice spans trademark and copyright prosecution, portfolio strategy, licensing and commercial agreements, online enforcement, domain-name disputes, TTAB proceedings, and complex federal litigation.
Throughout his career, George has counseled emerging companies, entrepreneurs, creators, and globally recognized brands across fashion, luxury goods, entertainment, hospitality, technology, publishing, consumer products, and professional sports. His experience includes helping manage portfolios comprising more than 2,150 intellectual property assets across over 120 jurisdictions, as well as litigating large-scale counterfeiting and infringement matters involving hundreds of defendants.
