Jacqueline M. Valdespino

A graduate of Georgetown University, Ms. Valdespino obtained her bachelor’s degree in American studies. She pursued her legal studies and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami School of Law. She currently serves as a guest lecturer in family and matrimonial law at the Florida International University College of Law and the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Valdespino has received much recognition for her work in the legal field, including receiving an AV Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and being included in The Best Lawyers in America list. Additionally, she has also been honored for her work in the pro bono field, including receiving the Tobias Simon Award from the Florida Supreme Court and the Ann Liechty Child Custody Pro Bono Award from the American Bar Association.
