Jason Sherry

With more than 16 years of experience practicing law, attorney Jason Sherry serves as a partner at the Miami-based law firm of Sherry Law Office PLLC, in Florida. Focusing on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters, his clientele comprises individuals and publicly traded companies. His practice encompasses matters concerning:

Completing his bachelor's degree in 2005 from the University of Florida, Mr. Sherry went on to pursue his studies in law at the New York University School of Law. Obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2008, he was licensed to practice in New York the same year and later, in Florida, in 2013. 

Earning a solid reputation in his field of practice through years of litigation, Mr. Sherry is an active part of several prestigious legal organizations. He is on the Business Litigation Committee of The Florida Bar, the Campaign Leadership Committee of the Legal Services of Greater Miami and a board director of the New York University Law Alumni Association. In addition, he has admissions to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 11th Circuits. 

Over the years, Mr. Sherry has been recognized for his litigation skills and powerful advocacy with an inclusion to the list of South Florida’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by the South Florida Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a Pro Bono Honor Roll accolade by the Southern District of Florida. Furthermore, he was appointed to serve on the Southern District of Florida Local Rules and Procedures Committee by the Honorable Chief Judge Moore; and on The Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee.
