Jeffrey B. Kaplan

Attorney Jeffrey B. Kaplan is a partner with Dimond Kaplan & Rothstein, P.A., law firm, and he works primarily out of the firm's law office in Miami, Florida. A nationally ranked trial lawyer with more than 26 years of total legal experience, Mr. Kaplan provides unmatched counsel and support to a diverse range of clients throughout South Florida and beyond who have legal needs involving any of the following:

He has accepted a nomination from FINRA to serve on the National Arbitration and Mediation Committee, and he has written extensively and conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars on stockbroker misconduct, securities fraud and other related matters.

A dean's list scholar in law school, he also served as associate editor of the Entertainment and Sports Law Review.

Mr. Kaplan currently serves as chairperson of the Young Philanthropists of Baptist Hospital and is a former member of the organization's steering committee. He is also highly active with the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, having served as chair of vice chair on a number of its committees and receptions, and he is a member of The Florida Bar's Grievance Committee. He is also a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society, and he once served as director-at-large for the University of Miami Alumni Association.
