Jeffrey Rubinstein

Jeffrey Rubinstein is the partner-in-charge of Rubinstein & Associates, P.A., in Miami, Florida, where he brings more than four decades of legal experience to bear on each matter he handles. Serving clients in Miami-Dade County, Monroe County, Broward County, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest and Kendall, Florida, his practice encompasses a broad spectrum of business and commercial issues, including litigation, real estate transactions, estate planning, wills and probate, mediation and contract law – enabling him to guide clients through complex disputes with both tactical acumen and substantive depth.  

Drawing on extensive courtroom experience as a trial lawyer and a corporate and real estate background, Mr. Rubinstein offers clients nuanced perspectives on challenging development projects, land-use controversies and financing arrangements secured by real property. He has vigorously pursued lender-liability claims, overseen large-scale foreclosure proceedings, and defended and prosecuted commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida.  

Mr. Rubinstein’s analytical approach is grounded in a solid academic foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The George Washington University, a discipline that informs his strategic thinking, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1974, he holds credentials in:
