Jessica Saiontz

Jessica Saiontz is a seasoned attorney with Rubinstein & Associates, P.A., in Miami, Florida, where she maintains a multifaceted practice devoted to business law, commercial litigation real estate transactions, and the drafting and administration of wills and probate matters. A 2004 B.A. graduate of the University of Miami, Ms. Saiontz earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2011. She made her mark early – excelling in the classroom while leading student organizations to new heights. She has also been licensed in Florida since 2017. 

Today, Ms. Saiontz’s commitment to the legal profession shines through her service as statewide Treasurer of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) and as a guiding force behind the MDFAWL Foundation. Beyond her bar-related endeavors, she helped found National Voices for Equality, Education and Enlightenment, Inc. (NVEEE), a South Florida nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through anti-bullying education and advocacy.

Residing in Tampa, Florida, Ms. Saiontz continually hones her leadership skills through selective programs, including Class X of The Florida Bar’s Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy, the Hillsborough County Bar Association Business Leadership Institute, Leadership Miami and the HAWL Leadership Academy.

Ms. Saiontz’s professional acumen has earned her a “Superb” rating on Avvo, and in 2017 she was honored as one of Broward County’s “100 Outstanding Women” by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County.
