Justin K. Beckham

Justin K. Beckham is a partner at Beckham Law Firm. Located in Miami, he provides advice and counsel to clients throughout Miami-Dade County. Mr. Beckham has been admitted to practice before all Florida state courts since 2002, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Beckham has been able to obtain positive results for many of his clients through favorable plea agreements, acquittals, dismissals and charge reductions. A fourth-generation trial attorney and a Miami native, Mr. Beckham transferred to Emory University in Atlanta after taking courses at the University of California, Berkeley. He majored in political science and Spanish at Emory and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1999. Mr. Beckham then went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Miami College of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2002. After graduation, he joined the Law Offices of the Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. While he was there, he handled juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases and earned several acquittals. Mr. Beckham's professional memberships include the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Inc., Lawyers of Distinction, Top 100 Lawyers in America, and Top 100 DUI Lawyers in America.

He has achieved dismissals and/or a reduction of criminal charges with no jail time on over 8000 cases in his career.
