Justin K. Beckham

Justin K. Beckham is a partner at Beckham Law Firm in Miami, Florida, where he focuses his practice on criminal defense, DUI-DWI matters, and white collar crimes. A fourth-generation trial attorney and Miami native, he has dedicated his career exclusively to criminal defense throughout Miami-Dade County since 2002. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he serves a diverse client base across the community.

Mr. Beckham’s practice encompasses representation at all levels of criminal proceedings, from juvenile matters to complex felony cases in both state and federal courts. With particular concentration in DUI defense, he has handled over 7,000 cases throughout his career, including approximately 2,000 DUI matters. He has taken nearly 50 cases to trial, securing multiple acquittals, dismissals, and favorable charge reductions. As a Certified Operator/Technician of the Intoxilyzer 8000, he brings technical knowledge to his DUI defense work. Before establishing his private practice in 2006, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he successfully defended thousands of clients and achieved dismissals or charge reductions with no jail time on over 8,000 cases.

Mr. Beckham earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Emory University in 1999, having also attended the University of California, Berkeley. He received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Miami College of Law, where he earned the highest award in the University of Miami Moot Court Program. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
