Attorney Marc David Seitles is a partner at Seitles Litwin in Miami, Florida. Mr. Seitles dedicates his practice to federal criminal defense and represents clients in the Miami area and throughout South Florida.

After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, Mr. Seitles earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. His previous legal experience includes clerking for a federal judge in California and practicing with the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Florida.

Along with being admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, Mr. Seitles is licensed to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd and 11th Circuits. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in federal courts in Arkansas, Michigan, New York and Virginia. He has been admitted to practice law since 1999.

An experienced litigator who has been involved in many significant cases, Mr. Seitles has received a number of awards and honors from various organizations. He has been named a “Top Lawyer” in the South Florida Legal Guide and was also listed among Florida’s “Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine. He is also the recipient of the Rodney Thaxton award from the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has authored articles for various legal journals.

Mr. Seitles is a member of The Florida Bar, the Miami Dade Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association.
