Mason R. Wolfe

An associate attorney with Wolfe Law Miami, P.A., Mason Richard Wolfe is an established attorney in the field of civil litigation, with a special focus on commercial and entertainment law in Florida. Basing his practice in Miami, he brings an experience of over nine years to the firm’s prestigious legacy.

Mr. Wolfe attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. He went on to secure his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2016. Garnering skills in handling issues pertaining to copyright claims, royalty disputes, intellectual property, professional endorsement contracts, probate and trust litigation, along with business law, he has earned a reputation for himself in the legal arena. 

With a stellar track record, Mr. Wolfe serves as a house counsel to some of the big names in the industry. His clientele also includes blockchain technology companies, NFT companies and entertainment management companies, publishing and distribution companies, and more. He has built a substantial client portfolio comprising distinguished artists and prominent social media influencers, significantly enhancing the value of his professional network.

Mr. Wolfe is an esteemed member of the EASL and plays an active role in the North American Sports Entertainment and IP Law Summit. His contributions to academia include lecturing at Florida International University College of Law, as well as at the aforementioned summit. He is also deeply committed to community service, particularly through his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, where he provides mentorship to at-risk youth.
