Matthew Mazzarella

During his years in practice, Matthew Mazzarella has distinguished himself as a superb advocate for his seriously injured clients.  Throughout Florida, he fights tirelessly for individuals and families who have been the victims of negligence.  Mazzarella was listed as one of the Top 10 lawyers in Miami by Forbes Advisor and has been repeatedly chosen by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.  He holds an AV Preeminent Rating – Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating for skill and ethics – and has been continually named a Florida Super Lawyer.  The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has also selected him as one the top 40 Lawyers of South Florida under the age of 40. 

Mr. Mazzarella serves on the Executive Board of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyer’s Association and previously served as a Director of the Dade County Bar Association.  He is a Champions Club Member of the Make-A-Wish foundation.  He is also a member of the American Association of Justice and the Florida Justice Association. 

Matthew Mazzarella graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude. He served as the vice president of the school's Moot Court Board and represented it in a number of state and national competitions.  He was selected to the National Order of the Barristers and named “Most Outstanding Moot Court Member.”
