Max N. Panoff

A well-seasoned trial attorney turning heads since 2010, Max N. Panoff focuses his legal practice primarily on personal injury law. Mr. Panoff played a significantly crucial role in recovering over $1.6 million in a case involving a bar that irresponsibly served alcohol to a patron. He skillfully demonstrated that the bar was aware of the driver's history of alcohol consumption but still served him that fateful night, leading to a severe accident on Florida's roads. Combining forces with the founder of the law firm, he secured a remarkable $49.3 million verdict in Miami, advocating for a young woman who endured the horrific experience of sexual assault and rape. 

With a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism and criminology, Mr. Panoff secured his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. Later, he obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was also awarded the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for his overall exceptional academic performance. 

Chosen as a distinguished member of The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 attorneys, Mr. Panoff also holds a "Good" rating on Avvo. In addition to his success as a legal practitioner in several courtrooms in the state, he also acts as a teaching faculty member at the American Association for Justice’s National College of Advocacy. He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the National Center for Victims of Crime.
