Michael Mullavey, Jr.

As a valued partner at McArdle Franco PLLC in Miami, Florida, Michael Mullavey navigates the intricate waters of litigation, tackling challenging cases in the realms of business disputes, commercial matters, and real estate and construction issues. He offers guidance to a diverse array of clients, including local and regional businesses, joint ventures, closely held corporations, sole proprietorships, and individuals. Mr. Mullavey holds both his Master of Business Administration and law degrees from the University of Florida, where he was Vice President of the Business Law Moot Court and a General Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law. Before embarking on his legal journey, he earned his bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from Emory University, where he was also captain of the golf team.

Licensed in Florida since 2016, Mr. Mullavey is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. During his time at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he served as an extern in both the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel for the University of Florida itself and in the office of the General Counsel for UF Health and its Shands Hospital network, aiding in the establishment and strategic planning of University initiatives and governance. 

Joining McArdle Franco in 2017 after completing his first year of practice with a prominent Jacksonville boutique litigation firm, he now oversees litigation for clients in fields such as:
