Natalia Salas

An appellate and trial lawyer in Miami, Florida, Natalia Salas is experienced in business litigation, civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, civil rights and class action/mass torts. As an attorney with The Ferraro Law Firm, she has also worked with clients in cases of personal injuries, including product defects, medical device defects and other catastrophic injuries as well as wrongful death.

Ms. Salas is fluent in English and Spanish and admitted to practice in the state of Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The Daily Business Review included her in the Legal Department of the Year in 2018 and she was named a Lawyer of Distinction in 2021. One of the Top 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Florida, she is actively involved in her community in many ways. Ms. Salas is a member of the Duke Alumni Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Law Clerk Division of the Federal Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association and a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

For Dade Legal Aid, Ms. Salas is an Attorney Ad Litem in human trafficking. In 2004, she earned an undergraduate degree from Duke University, then studied law and graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007.
