Patrick David Wilson

Patrick David Wilson is the founder and principal of Patrick Wilson Law, PLLC, in Miami, Florida. His practice spans the full spectrum of criminal defense and related matters. He represents individuals charged with DUI/DWI, drug offenses, theft, domestic violence, assault, battery, vehicular homicide, manslaughter and homicide.

Additionally, Mr. Wilson handles high-stakes white collar and cybercrime cases, ranging from health care fraud, bribery and tax evasion to complex counterintelligence and terrorism investigations and defends those accused of violent crime, racketeering, civil rights violations, organized crime and immigration offenses.

A native of South Florida, Mr. Wilson has earned a reputation as a tenacious and accomplished trial lawyer. Since earning his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013, Mr. Wilson has personally led over 100 jury trials in both state and federal courts, maintaining an unyielding commitment to protecting his clients’ rights at every stage of the process.

Having tried hundreds of jury trials, argued more than 100 substantive motions and conducted over 1,200 depositions, Mr. Wilson brings exceptional skill to every phase of litigation. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States (2020) and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (2021), as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He has also been a member of The Florida Bar since 2014.

Mr. Wilson is consistently recognized for his legal acumen and trial prowess. He holds a “Superb” rating on Avvo and was twice named to the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list (2021 and 2022). His academic credentials also include a B.A. from the University of Florida (2011).
