The owner and managing partner of Wolfe Law Miami, P.A., Richard C. Wolfe practices law across Miami, Florida. He concentrates his practice on areas of entertainment law and business law and related matters, including:

With close to four decades of legal experience, Mr. Wolfe has come a long way in representing clients from the entertainment industry and businesses such as publishing, distribution, production, accounting and others. He appears for trials in various state and federal courts and has gained experience handling legal issues associated with contracts, copyrights and author rights.
Mr. Wolfe is a board-certified business litigator as authorized by The Florida Bar. He provides informed counsel to business owners and professionals on estate planning, business succession and associated matters. Leading numerous trials, he has more than 40 published court judgments to his credit spread across courts in Florida, California, Texas, Tennessee and New York. He has also provided his teaching services as an adjunct professor at various universities and for several legal organizations across Florida.
Majoring in finance and accounting, Mr. Wolfe received his bachelor’s degree from the American University at Washington, D.C. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, in 1982 with a doctorate in jurisprudence. Further, he proceeded to pursue his master’s degree in law at the University of Miami School of Law and graduated in 1983.
Working with the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Wolfe serves as a mediator and arbitrator, expanding his field of experience as an attorney. He is rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and has published several articles on a broad range of law-related topics through prominent journals.
Mr. Wolfe works toward achieving the goals of his clients, making sure to minimize their exposure and plan for any possible contingencies. He dedicates his efforts and time to many local nonprofit organizations such as the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and the Island Dolphin Care in their efforts to contribute to the community.
