Ryan K. Stumphauzer is a founding member of the law firm of Stumphauzer Kolaya Nadler & Sloman in Miami, Florida, where his practice focuses on white collar criminal litigation, internal investigations, False Claims Act litigation and government regulatory enforcement matters, with a special emphasis on cases involving health care fraud and abuse. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Stumphauzer served for over six years as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Florida.
