Ryan K. Stumphauzer is a founding member of the law firm of Stumphauzer Kolaya Nadler & Sloman in Miami, Florida, where his practice focuses on white collar criminal litigation, internal investigations, False Claims Act litigation and government regulatory enforcement matters, with a special emphasis on cases involving health care fraud and abuse.  Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Stumphauzer served for over six years as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Stumphauzer was a member of South Florida's Medicare Fraud Strike Force, and also served as the Healthcare Fraud Coordinator and Deputy Chief of Economic Crimes at the Miami U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Stumphauzer represents a wide-range of institutional health care providers, senior health care executives, doctors, and other licensed medical professionals that are navigating complex health care fraud and abuse inquiries by the government.
