He also completed training at the Canadian Forces Staff School, and he served as a Platoon Commander, United Nations Field Liaison Officer and Deputy Company Commander for the Canadian Military. Upon deciding to pursue his legal career, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1999.
Mr. Dray is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. A leader in his legal community, he has served as chair of The Florida Bar's Professional Ethics Committee, and he is a member of the Florida and National Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Dade County Bar Association and the Eugene P. Spellman-Hoeveler American Inn of Court.
