Seth J. Mr. Rutman majored in art history at Boston College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. He then relocated to New York City for his legal education and enrolled at Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While he was there, Mr. Rutman served an internship with The Office of the Bronx District Attorney and a judicial externship with a judge on the Kings County Supreme Court before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2013.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Rutman worked for a New York firm, where he handled personal injury and wrongful death litigation matters such as medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, and he also gained experience in business transactions and commercial lease negotiations. Since moving to Florida and joining Rafool, LLC, in May 2017, he had continued to work on general civil litigation while at the same time handling a variety of family law cases. His work in that regard has encompassed divorce along with the related legal issues of child custody and visitation, the division of marital property, and spousal and child support.
