Stephen A. Marino, Jr.

Stephen A. Marino, Jr. is the Managing Partner at Ver Ploeg & Marino, P.A., with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Miami and Orlando, Florida. A former architect, he brings technical and applied science knowledge to his litigation practice, specializing in first- and third-party insurance coverage, with an emphasis on bad faith litigation.  Stephen received his B.A. from Columbia University in 1990 and in 1995, a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.   

Mr. Marino is the past president of the Miami-Dade Justice Association, a former board member of the Florida Justice Association, a former appointed governor of the American Association for Justice, and the Chairman of the Board of the Overtown Youth Center.

Mr. Marino is frequently invited to speak both nation & state-wide on bad faith litigation and insurance coverage issues.
