Attorney Tod Aronovitz is a founding partner of Aronovitz Law in Miami, Florida. An award-winning trial lawyer with more than 45 years of legal experience, Mr. Aronovitz has earned national recognition as a one of the leading attorneys in the country for personal injury and wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, whistleblower and qui tam claims as well as class actions.

Drawing upon his extensive legal knowledge and experience, Mr. Aronovitz has written numerous publications and conducted lectures and seminars throughout his region and across the country on a variety legal topics related to trial preparation, jury trial techniques, trial strategy and personal injury law issues. He has also appeared on various televised news programs and in several prominent newspapers offering in-depth legal commentary on issues involving premises liability, defective products, False Claims Act issues, aviation negligence and more.

A top consumer advocate, he has secured many substantial awards and settlements for his clients, and many of his cases have set precedents in Florida. Among his many accolades, he holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell, and the American Society of Legal Advocates named him among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Florida.

He also earned recognition from the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as being among The Nation's Top One Percent, and both the South Florida Legal Guide and Miami Magazine have voted him as one of the state's leading attorneys for civil trial and class actions over the past several years.

Mr. Aronovitz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1971. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1974. The Florida Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Aronovitz has served as president and member of the board of governors for The Florida Bar, and he once served with the American Bar Association's House of Delegates. In addition, he has served on the board of directors for the Dade County Bar Association and The Florida Bar Foundation. He has also served on a number of committees for various other professional legal associations, and he support his local community through his involvement with several civic organizations.
