Victor Arca

Victor Arca is an attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation, banking litigation, and high-stakes real estate and construction matters. With a focus on multijurisdictional disputes, Mr. Arca’s practice spans U.S. courts and foreign jurisdictions across LATAM, European and Asian countries. Mr. Arca also represents clients in appellate matters, with experience drafting and filing appeals in multimillion-dollar cases, including two petitions for certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Mr. Arca earned law degrees from the University of Richmond School of Law in Virginia and Pablo de Olavide University in Seville, Spain. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Spain and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Mr. Arca’s experience spans prominent Miami-based law firms, top international law firms in Spain and India. Mr. Arca also worked for the European Commission and clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Mark at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
