Attorney Wayne M. Pathman is the managing partner at Pathman Lewis, LLP - Attorneys at Law in Miami, Florida. Mr. Pathman focuses his practice on land use and zoning, as well as business litigation and environmental law. He serves clients throughout the Miami area.

Mr. Pathman leads the firm’s land use, zoning and environmental law section. He has more than 30 years of experience representing individuals, businesses and developers before state, federal and municipal court.

In addition to running his firm, Mr. Pathman lectures on water law topics and is the co-creator and moderator of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce series on sea level rise events. He is also involved in many organizations and committees throughout the region.

Active in the community, Mr. Pathman sits on the board of the Miami Children’s Museum and is active in the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. 

The recipient of numerous awards and honors over the years, Mr. Pathman is AV Preeminent* peer review rated from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available rating. Additionally, in 2013 he was listed in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America” and the South Florida Business Journal has given him several awards over his career. Mr. Pathman earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and international law from the University of South Florida, graduating cum laude. He received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 1986.
