Attorney Christina A. McKinnon is the founder of McKinnon Legal in Miramar, Florida. Ms. McKinnon has over 15 years of experience with family law, divorce and personal injury matters. She represents clients in the Miramar and Fort Lauderdale areas.
Over the course of her career, Ms. McKinnon has resolved numerous family law and personal injury cases on behalf of clients, earning her the respect of her peers in the legal community and many honors and awards. Over the years, she has held several leadership roles for the Dade County Bar Association, the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association and The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.
Devoting a large portion of her time to volunteer work, Ms. McKinnon serves on the Nova Southeastern University Levan Ambassadors Board and serves as general counsel for the Broward Black Republican Club. She volunteers with several organizations and is the recipient of volunteer awards from organizations, including the Community Partnership for Homeless and Dade Legal Aid.
Ms. McKinnon is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Following law school, she passed The Florida Bar examination and received her license to practice law. She is qualified to appear before all Florida state courts.
