Mr. Curtis obtained his Juris Doctor J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Northern Kentucky University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. With more than two decades of experience, he is admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia.

With a background as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Curtis brings a wealth of knowledge in advanced tax planning strategies to his practice. He assists clients in crafting comprehensive estate plans and guides them through Florida trust and estate administration law with precision and ease. He also represents fiduciaries on estate and trust compliance matters and provides representation in trust and estate litigation when necessary.
