Edward E. Wollman

As Founding Partner at Wollman Gehrke & Associates P.A., Edward E. Wollman handles estate planning, trust and probate administration, art law, tax planning, charitable giving, elder law and real estate law for clients in the Naples, Florida, area. He also handles income taxation, estate, gift and fiduciary law and guardianship. In 1983, Mr. Wollman graduated with a Bachelor of Science from American University before attending the University of Miami School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1986. He then went on to earn a Master of Laws from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1988. Admitted to practice in Miami since 1986, his educational background makes him uniquely prepared to handle financial law matters. A lifelong learner, inn 2016, Wollman earned his Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy Designation (CAP®) from The American College. 

The former president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Mr. Wollman is a current member of the Collier County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Estate Planning Council of Naples, Inc. In the past, Mr. Wollman has been an integral part of the Avow Hospice, American Cancer Society, The Forum Club and The Speakers Assembly of Southwest Florida. He also served as president for the Financial Planning Association and the Naples Area Planned Giving Council. For the Adverse Witness publication, he was the trust and estates editor.
