J. Michael Coleman

J. Michael Coleman, a Board Certified Business Litigator, is one of the founding partners of Coleman, Taylor, Klaus, Doupé, Diaz & Torrez, P.A. in Naples, Florida. His practice focuses on complex cases involving: bank litigation; construction litigation--involving the representation of general contractors, sub-contractors, owners, design professionals & contractor lien work; commercial litigation; probate & trust litigation; and, computer software related litigation. Michael represents clients in litigation in the Circuit Courts in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Hendry Counties in the United States District Court in the Middle District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Florida. 

Michael is a member of the Trial Lawyer and Construction Law sections of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle & Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
