Justin P. Caldarone

Justin P. Caldarone is the founding attorney of The Caldarone Law Group, P.A., in Naples, Florida, where he handles criminal defense and civil litigation matters, including car accidents, motor vehicle accidents for plaintiffs, complex civil litigation and personal injury claims. At his firm, he directs trial strategy, manages client relationships and pursues results-oriented representation across local and federal forums.

After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at Pepperdine University, Mr. Caldarone earned a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2002 and brought a disciplined work ethic to his legal training. He pursued advanced academic work in sociology and psychology at Pepperdine, graduating with honors on his master’s degree, and developed an analytical approach to fact investigation and case theory.

While in law school and early in his career, Mr. Caldarone gained courtroom exposure that informed his later practice. He was appointed as an assistant state attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, where he tried hundreds of misdemeanor and felony matters as lead counsel, and learned how prosecutors and law enforcement assemble cases.

Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Caldarone served as the sole attorney on complex, high-volume dockets, and developed litigation methods for exposing evidentiary gaps, improper investigative techniques and constitutional violations. He emphasizes aggressive advocacy in contested matters and thoughtful negotiation when a favorable resolution can be secured for a client.

Licensed in all state and federal courts in Florida, Mr. Caldarone is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He remains committed to staying current with legal research and procedural developments.

Active in the profession, Mr. Caldarone holds memberships with the American Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Collier County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. He also contributes time to community programs, including Teen Court of Collier County and pro bono work with the Guardian ad Litem office.
