Kenneth V. Mundy

Kenneth (“Ken”) V. Mundy is a partner at Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A., where he focuses his practice on family and marital law. He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including complex divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, relocation, paternity actions, and domestic violence proceedings. As a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL™), Ken brings a strong financial perspective to his cases, helping clients navigate both the legal and financial complexities that often arise in family law disputes.

Ken earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2013. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in 2016. Originally from New Jersey, Ken moved to Naples, Florida, with his family in 1997 and has called the area home ever since. He now lives in Naples with his wife, Taylor, and their son, Dallas.

Known for his thoughtful and client-focused approach, Ken is committed to guiding individuals through what are often some of the most difficult times in their lives. He works closely with each client to ensure they are informed, prepared, and positioned to make decisions that serve their long-term best interests while preserving their dignity.

In addition to his legal practice, Ken is actively involved in the local community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Meals of Hope and the Naples Junior Chamber, supporting initiatives that benefit families and individuals throughout Southwest Florida.
