Attorney Matthew A. Linde is the founder and owner of Linde, Gould & Associates, which has office  locations in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida.  Mr. Linde provides invaluable counsel and support to those who have legal needs involving any of the following:

A 1989 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Linde attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1993. He also earned his Master of Laws in taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1999. He is licensed to practice in Florida, California (inactive), and Minnesota (inactive), and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Linde served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 10 years as a certified S.E.R.E. instructor at Air Force training facilities in Fairchild, AFB, Washington as well as Homestead, AFB, Florida.  Mr. Linde was honored for his outstanding contributions and was awarded the U.S. Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal.  

In 2020 Mr. Linde was appointed by the incoming President of the Florida Bar to serve on the Elder Law Certification Committee.  This committee processes applications for Florida bar attorneys seeking to become board certified in Elder law.  In 2022 Mr. Linde was appointed the incoming President to serve as Vice-Chair of the Elder Law Certification Committee, and in 2023 Mr. Linde was appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to serve as Chair of the Elder Law Certification Committee for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.   Currently, Mr. Linde serves on the Elder Law Certificiation Committee, Grievance Committee B for the 20th Judicial Circuit and the Florida Probate Rules Committee.
