Attorney Matthew A. Linde is the founder and owner of Linde Law Group, which has office locations in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. Serving the needs and interests of clients throughout Southwest Florida and all across the state, Mr. Linde provides invaluable counsel and support to those who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Among his credentials, Mr. Linde holds his board certification from The Florida Bar in both Elder Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates. This makes him one of approximately 11 attorneys in the whole state to hold these certifications, and these destinations have helped establish Mr. Linde as one of the leading lawyers in his region for his practice areas.
A 1989 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Linde attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1993. He also earned his Master of Laws in taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1999. He holds his license to practice in California, Wisconsin and Minnesota, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
In 2020 Mr. Linde was appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to serve on the Elder Law Certification Committee. This committee processes applications for Florida bar attorneys seeking to become board certified in Elder law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Linde served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 10 years as a certified S.E.R.E. instructor at Air Force training facilities in Fairchild, AFB, Washington as well as Homestead, AFB, Florida. Mr. Linde was honored for his outstanding contributions and was awarded the U.S. Air Force Commendation Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal. In 2022 Mr. Linde was appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to serve as Vice Chair of the Elder Law Certification Committee for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.Â
