Zach has successfully represented clients in Land Use matters before the City of Marco Island Planning Board as well as through appeals to City Council and has successfully represented clients before the Collier County Planning Commission and the County Commission. He also serves as board counsel to the City of Everglades City Planning and Zoning Committee.

In 2012, he graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans with an undergraduate degree. He then moved on to law school at Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2015 with his Juris Doctor.

Zach largely represents concerned property owners and citizens throughout the area and is experienced in the Florida Sunshine Law and Public Records Compliance. Admitted to practice in the state of Florida, Zach is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Over the last few years, he has gained extensive experience in legal matters specific to the state and those that his clients face.

An engaged, active member of the Collier County Bar Association and The Florida Bar, Zach is also involved with several sections. These include the Collier County Bar Young Lawyers Division (current Vice President; former Treasurer); The Florida Bar's City, County and Local Government Law Section; and the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section. Mr. Lombardo is also on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Section.

Serving his community, Zach is Session Chair, Associate Leadership Collier, Greater Naples Chamber, Class of 2022; a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier, Greater Naples Chamber, Class of 2021; and on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Fakahatchee, 2021 – 2023.
