Lauren Nichole Weber

Lauren Nichole Weber is a personal injury attorney at Weber Law Firm Accident & Injury Attorney in New Port Richey, Florida. She serves clients in and around the Tampa and Ocala regions in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, animal bites, brain injury and slip-and-fall accidents. 

Ms. Weber graduated from St. Petersburg College with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and business management. She later proceeded to gain her Juris Doctor in 2021 from Cooley Law School, where she was the business editor of the law journal. Additionally, she was on the honor roll and a consistent dean’s list recipient. 

With her early exposure to the legal field through a career training program at high school, Ms. Weber solidified her interest in the profession. She worked her way up the professional ladder, starting off as a paralegal, where she assisted attorneys with various presuit and litigation matters for over a decade. These matters included personal injury matters and insurance claims. This experience provided her with insight into legal proceedings and exposed her to the judicial system early on. 

Within her first year of being admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Ms. Weber secured over $3 million in settlements for several personal injury cases. As an associate attorney at a local personal injury firm, she handled cases involving car accidents, slip-and-falls and ATV accidents. In the legal community, she stays active through her memberships with the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce, Florida Justice Association, Business Network International and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
