Barry M. Snyder

A board-certified civil trial attorney by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization & Education, Barry M. Snyder is the sole attorney at, and founder of The Law Office of Barry M. Snyder P.A. located in Miami Beach, Florida. Concentrating his practice on personal injury and criminal defense, he advocates for the people of Florida, focusing particularly on the residents of South Florida. He is highly experienced in providing representation on cases involving issues concerning auto accidents, truck accidents, boating accidents, slip-and-fall accidents and complex criminal cases. 

Admitted to practice in Florida since 1976, Mr. Snyder is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. In addition to his trial practice, he helps his clients resolve disputes through arbitration and mediation, and is a qualified arbitrator, as appointed by the Supreme Court of Florida.

After graduating from the University of Miami, Mr. Snyder received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973. He pursued his law degree at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1976.
