Anne E. Raduns

Anne E. Raduns founded her Ocala, Florida, law firm Anne E. Raduns, PA, to provide energetic, capable advice and representation to people dealing with divorces and other family law issues. She is sensitive and knowledgeable in family law matters, and she dedicated her career to helping those experiencing the difficult life changes involved in divorce.

Ms. Raduns' practice focuses exclusively on family law. She educates her clients scrupulously as to their options and rights, and she presents a clear picture of what to expect from divorce negotiations. Her area of practice includes all aspects of divorce, including divorce mediation, uncontested divorce negotiations and litigation of contested divorces.

Ms. Raduns' goal is to ensure that her clients understand the complex laws regarding alimony, child custody, visitation, child support and equitable distribution of assets in cases ranging from amicable negotiated settlements to bitterly contested court battles. She offers legal services for clients in paternity suits and those dealing with domestic violence. Ms. Raduns also advises unmarried parents and helps parties to draft prenuptial agreements, among other family law matters.

Ms. Raduns began law school as a single mother of three. She received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Florida's Levin College of Law, where she served as a fellow in the Center for Children and Families. In addition, during law school, she worked on domestic violence cases at the Gainesville, Florida, State Attorney's Office. Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Raduns spent six years working with a law firm that practiced in the area of family law in the Ocala, Florida, area.

Ms. Raduns is committed to helping families in other ways as well. Her coloring book, "When Families Fight," has been used by local Florida agencies in helping child victims of domestic violence.
