Michael C. Siboni is a Managing Member with Siboni Law Group, located in Ocala, Florida.  Mr. Siboni is a versatile attorney who focuses his practice on mediation and arbitration, aviation law and insurance defense litigation for clients throughout the State of Florida and nationwide. His diverse practice areas also include commercial litigation, commercial transactions, equine law, insurance coverage, negligence, personal injury, wrongful death and products liability. He maintains an AV-Preeminent* rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest attorney rating as voted by peers in the legal community for an attorney with very high to preeminent legal ability and ethical standards. Additionally, he was selected as a Charter Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He employs a combination of facilitative and evaluative mediation, supplemented by his 36 years as a litigator. His background, experience and skill make him a highly effective Mediator with a solid record of resoving disputes.

Mr. Siboni obtained his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Biscayne College (now St. Thomas University) in Miami, Florida. In 1980, he received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he held a position on the Advocacy Board and served as Justice of the Sam Houston Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Mr. Siboni is currently enrolled in the prestigious Straus Institute For Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law, where he is a candidate for for the Master's of Law Degree (LL.M) with a concentration in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
